Book Small Group Classes
Our group classes are limited to just 4 clients, giving you personalized attention and precise guidance.
Most classes are Reformer-based, with an additional piece of equipment—Tower, Chair, or Jumpboard—to keep your practice balanced and well-rounded.
We recommend 2–3 private sessions before joining group classes. Please review studio policies before booking.

We offer a diverse range of small group classes on reformers, towers, chairs, and the mat.
Classes are based upon classical Pilates and may use props and some creative variations to keep it fresh and the challenges coming!
Apparatus classes are typically limited to 6 people for energetic, safe and effective workouts. You will sweat, stretch and progress your practice!
Group classes accommodate all levels of proficiency (beginner through advanced) unless otherwise indicated.
If new to Pilates, we recommend taking at least 3 private sessions to become familiar with the equipment, the fundamentals of Pilates, and identify any special needs or modifications we may suggest.
Wear form fitting clothes and don’t forget your Pilates socks!

Sign up at least 1 hour before class. Booking in advance is recommended.
No walk-ins. No late arrivals permitted. Socks are required.
12 hour cancellation policy. No refunds.
Arrive about 5 minutes before class, buzz and wait to enter. Clients will be exiting before the next group comes in.
To sign up or join the waitlist for a class you must make a purchase. You will be notified by email if you are added to class from the waitlist. If not, you will be credited and can reschedule.
All classes are multi-level. At least 2-3 private sessions are recommended prior to group classes.
Not appropriate if you are new to pilates, injured, having discomfort, pregnant or unfamiliar with equipment.
