Studio Reminders

  • All sessions and classes are 50 minutes.

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your session or class to get settled.

  • Wear comfortable form fitting clothing.

  • Pilates grip socks or regular socks required.

  • Cancellation policy: 12 hours for classes, 24 hours for privates, 48 hours for duets. No exceptions.
